I also despise those automated telephone receptionists. Seriously, if I wanted to talk to an answering service I'd call my dad. They're options are never what I need, they don't understand that '0' means 'get-me-a-fucking-person-now-bitch.' And now, not only must we listen to this atrocity we must speak back! No more entering numbers, now they have wonderful new technology where the automated...thing understands a certain amount of phrases and requests. Unfortunately they still have yet to understand... well, a whole lot of curses.
